Business process automation for small businesses

Manual work is costing you hours every week.

I build automations for small businesses that take over the repetitive admin: the handovers, follow-ups and busywork eating your week. I'm based in Germany and work remotely with clients anywhere, including the UK and US.

  • Setup from €200
  • From €150 / month
  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime

What I build

Built to give you your time back.

  • AI Receptionist

Answers and logs inbound calls when you can't pick up, and texts back missed callers so leads don't go cold. Appointment requests are captured and passed on to you.

  • Lead Handling System

Captures and organizes leads automatically and follows up on schedule, from first contact to finished job. Can send review requests after each job.

  • Admin Assistant

Cuts the repetitive work eating your day: appointment reminders sent automatically, follow-ups tracked, nothing slips through the cracks.

  • Recruiting Assistant

Speeds up hiring — screens and ranks candidates, coordinates interviews, handles follow-up communication. You spend your time interviewing, not sorting applications.

  • Social Media Automation

Keeps your business posting consistently without eating your week. Captions and visuals generated on schedule, sent to you for approval, then published.

Who it's for

For you if at least one of these sounds familiar.

  • You miss calls during jobs, and don't know how many turned into lost business.
  • Leads sit untouched for hours because nobody's chasing them.
  • Important follow-ups slip through the cracks.
  • You're not getting reviews consistently, even from happy customers.
  • Hiring eats hours you don't have — sorting applications instead of interviewing.
  • Your social media goes quiet for weeks because there's no time to post.

How I work

The right system, not a generic one.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

A call, not a form. What actually happens day-to-day, and where it breaks down.

  2. 02

    Map the friction

I identify exactly where leads, time, or admin are being lost — and which system actually fixes it.

  3. 03

    Build & connect

The system gets built and wired into the tools you already use — no new software you have to learn from scratch.

  4. 04

    Support as you grow

I stay involved as your needs change, so the system keeps fitting the business, not the other way around.

Built and run on my own business first

My own lead generation runs on the same building blocks I use for clients. Every morning these four steps run without me touching them:

Research

n8n looks for businesses that match my criteria and adds each one as a new row in Google Sheets. That sheet is the list every later step works from, so I no longer click through directories and copy names across by hand.

runs itself · n8n → Google Sheets

The same building blocks sit inside the systems I build for clients: enquiries that land in the CRM straight away and get followed up, appointments customers book themselves, spreadsheets that fill without re-typing. Which of these makes sense for you depends on where your week gets stuck.

FAQ

Common questions about process automation

Setup starts at €200 and running costs start at €150 a month. Where your project lands depends on how many tools are involved and how many steps the workflow has. We go through that on the free system review, before you commit to anything. The monthly fee is month-to-month with no minimum term. Prices are in euros.

Most often Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Calendly and whichever CRM you use. I build the connections between them in n8n. As a rule, anything with an API or webhooks can be connected. I check that for your software before we start.

Data protection is part of the plan from the first call: what data goes where, who can see it, and where it's stored. I only connect the data a workflow actually needs, and you keep track of where it lives. If you're in the UK, the same questions apply under UK GDPR. I'm not a lawyer, so your own privacy policy stays your responsibility.

I build every automation with n8n, a tool that connects to almost any software. If you already have workflows running in Zapier or Make, we look at them together on the system review and decide whether rebuilding them in n8n makes sense.

It depends on the workflow. I build in stages: you see a working version early, try it in your real week, and help steer it before the next piece goes in. You get a realistic timeline for your project after the system review.

Yes. I'm based in Hannover, Germany, and work remotely with small businesses anywhere, including the UK and US. The system review is a video call, and after that we work over video, email or phone.

Usually not. The system plugs into the tools you already use. Your team keeps working in Gmail, the calendar or the spreadsheet, and the handovers between them happen on their own. Everything I build belongs to you.
